Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with Growth features and up to 5 team members. At the end, choose a plan to keep sending messages — your data stays safe either way.
How do I pay?
For now we invoice you directly: UPI, bank transfer or card link, with a GST invoice. Yearly plans get two months free.
What happens if a payment is late?
You get a 7-day grace period with everything working. After that the workspace becomes read-only: incoming messages and leads are still saved, but replies pause until the plan is renewed.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No — Meta bills your business directly at its official rates, and Engazly adds no markup. In India that is about ₹0.86 per marketing template and ₹0.12 per reminder (utility) template. Replies to customers are free up to 1,000 a month per number, then about ₹0.12 each. Most sales teams pay Meta a few hundred rupees a month, and Engazly shows your estimated charges in Settings › WhatsApp. We help you add a payment method in Meta during onboarding.

Choose Custom: Pro plus ₹399 per extra user a month, or terms agreed with you. Talk to us and we set it up the same day.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose a new plan in Settings › Billing at any time and our team adjusts your billing — upgrades apply straight away.
