Terms of service

Engazly is software for managing WhatsApp conversations and sales leads as a team: a shared inbox, lead pipeline, follow-ups, lead capture from connected sources, and reports. Features may change as we improve the product; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without notice.

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
• Keep passwords private. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for the people you invite.
• Tell us at once at support@engazly.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan: you can still see your data, and incoming messages and leads are still saved, but replies and changes are paused.

• Prices are listed on our pricing page in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added to invoices.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. We currently invoice you directly; payment is due by the date on the invoice.
• If a payment is late, everything keeps working for 7 days. After that the workspace becomes read-only (as during an expired trial) until payment is received.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.

• You must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and policies (including the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies). In particular, only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests.
• Meta charges your business directly for WhatsApp conversations it bills for. These charges are not part of Engazly’s price.
• Engazly is an independent product and is not affiliated with Meta, IndiaMART, Google or any portal. We are not responsible for their availability, rule changes or decisions (such as a number being restricted by Meta).

You must not use Engazly to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break Indian law or Meta’s policies;
• store or send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or infringing content;
• process data you have no right to process, or sensitive data without a lawful basis;
• attempt to access other workspaces, test our security without permission, or overload the service.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, with notice where reasonable.

• Your business owns the data in your workspace. We process it only to provide and support Engazly, as described in our privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers’ data, including any consent required.
• You can export your contacts and leads as CSV at any time.

We work to keep Engazly available and secure, with daily backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. Support is available Monday–Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm IST by WhatsApp, phone and email.

You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. We may end the agreement if you seriously break these terms. After a workspace is closed you have 30 days to ask for an export; then the data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Engazly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost leads, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You agree to cover losses caused to us by your breach of these terms or of the law, including messages you send through Engazly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and notify workspace admins of significant ones at least 15 days before they take effect.
