Refund & cancellation policy

The 14-day trial is free and needs no payment details. Nothing is charged when it ends.

You can cancel at any time by writing to support@engazly.io from your registered email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it will not be renewed.

Monthly payments are not refundable, including for partly used months.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, yearly payments are not refundable for the remaining months, but your plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we will refund the extra amount in full.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method or bank account within 7 working days of approval. Meta’s WhatsApp charges are billed by Meta and are not refundable by us.
